One of the greatest joys I have when photographing dogs is a senior dog session. I love senior dogs! Ajax is a 14 year old lab who was adopted when he was 4-5 years old by his incredible mom. He is a loving guy who wants to lick your face when you meet him. He may not get around as quickly as he once did, but he still has years of love, cuddles and kisses.

Ajax came to my studio in Ashburn and is the gentlest dog I have met. He was happy to eat pieces of hotdog while he had his photos taken and I loved seeing the connection between Ajax and his mom. They absolutely love one another and it showed in every photo I took of the two of them. I love being able to capture those special moments dogs have with the people who take care of them.
